​Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

​Please Note: During initial limited drops (like the 450 GSM Hoodie launch), processing may take up to 7 business days due to high demand.

​Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

​Shipping Costs: Final shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

​Delivery Time: Once your order is shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days via our carriers (USPS/UPS).

​Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

​Address Responsibility

​The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect address submission.
